currently in the manga... i think that itachi is the most powerful ninja in the whole world... but why isnt he a kage, since kage is consider as the most powerful ninja in the village...itaqcji is come powerful that even our well look kakashi lose to him and has been hospitalise for a long while and need our 5th hokage to heal him

He isn't a kage b/c he's f*cked up in his head. Same reason why Orochimaru wasn't the 4th. The kage is the most respected ninja in the village, usually the most clever one. Power ≠respect.

P.S. If you're using Kakashi vs Itachi as proof that Itachi should be a kage, then that's kind of wrong. Compared to the Sannin and the Hokage, Kakashi isn't sh*t.

Sasuke's Sharingan may look better because
