And if you select "It's not enough", is there any way to survive aside from the "escape with rin" choice you picked already?

I'm not exactly sure what's going on so I'll just write how the endgame part goes normally:

after you escape with rin, you get to the hospital. There, you get the choice : it's enough/it's not enough - if you choose it's enough, the game ends. But if you choose it's not enough, you get back to the bus crash eventually. This time around, you get the chance to save everyone (if you tried this before, you collapsed and died, but now it's possible.) A lot of choices will appear now, one after the other, deciding how your rescue mission goes. If you get just one of them wrong, you die, so be careful and save on different files after each one. The most fucked up is the very first choice, because getting it wrong won't kill you immediately but at the end of the rescue mission (the others kill you on the spot) After you saved everyone the bus goes BOOM but you survive and you get a different ending. Afterwards, play refrain one more time (just skip if you want to). This time around you will get a new choice in the hospital. Choose yes and then it's not enough to save everyone and get another different ending. Choosing no in the hospital will just get you the old "it's not enough" ending.

That covers everything, you should be ok if you do it like that.
