I think it's more the fact that her "prank" is what's making Shuri leave that's going to make her want to stab herself.

So this wraps up the Wakatsuki twins involvement in the story, and most likely Asami's. Next episode looks like it's back to Nanaka, and then most likely Sana's "secret" past for the last episode. Guess that means Hinako, Aoi and Yuzuki are irrelevant.
