Out casted brothers from a onmyouji clan, mother is a spirit or ghost or something, later in the show there was a blonde female werewolf thief person thing...thats all I can recall.

I'm not sure what the name of it is, but the people on it have a variety of abilities. The one guy I was told about is a blonde guy who can manipulate time. The image in my head is of a white tang top with some red and he has a head set around his head. Anyone know which one I'm meaning?
