Hmmm, Quite the opposite for me; The scenes are enough for you to get the basic idea, but they're not enough to feel the emotions of the characters.
Accelerator in particular I was expecting a very, very heavy sense of despair when he found out that he failed to save Last Order.
Similarly when Index was begging Touma not to kill Hyouka, there should be a much strong sense of desperation to save her best friend.
