You mean you havn't noticed how Hanazawa Kana and Ai Kayano are in nearly every anime over the past year
On the really young side you've got Yuuki Aoi who's only 20 and already has a nice resumé
But the real candidate is right under your eyes , sawashiro Miyuki (aka acchan) who is still only 27 even if she's been around a while.
