LuciaMelody is certainly not the topic of this thread. Why not just defend the series if that's the intent? If not, chill.

Just to mention another show, I'll pick on the cute-but-dumb Ranma 1/2 empire. I think as an adaptation of the manga it only gets "long and increasingly boring" right. Somehow the off-the-wall parodies in the manga get turned into "wacky" in the anime, and I hate "wacky." The music is a nightmare and the visuals are flat, not that the animation makes up for it.
