Ah, sorry. Just had to say that joke...

The actual episode... is quite disappointing. A very surprising number of fanservice shots (and one censored shot? for some reason) despite seemingly being a serious anime, little (actually, none?) explanation, and the characters were really lacking in impact.
Well, except how the protagonist narrates his relationship with the other characters at the beginning...

Of course, they could explain stuff and it could get better... Hopefully.
Though this is the same staff as Chaos Head? That isn't a good sign...

Thinking positively, it shows more potential than Kenpufer, at least.
Why compare? Because both animes lacked explanations in the first episode...

Kenpufer? LOL, are you talking about Kampfer or some anime that i don't know of yet has almost the exact same name?

Well, I thought that the graphics were quite nice, although they seemed to constantly use that dimension cracking effect. Also, is this visual novel full of parodies? I mean:

1. The main character has an eyepatch like Itsuki from Rental Magica
2. They seem to have taken the idea of Persona and the Dark Hour from the Persona Series
3. The on the cover of the book the girl is carrying, you can see that the title is Index Librorum Prohibitorum which is from To Aru Majutsu no Index

Well, I think that the first episode was quite good all in all although i'll probably have to wait for the HD version and subs to make a final decision
