Remember that Eirai heal incredibly fast and Emiya is as tough as nails, plus that heavy rubble doesn't actually injure heroic spirits because it's non-magical. Essentially, if it doesn't penetrate the heart, the head or decapitate. It probably won't be enough to actually kill a heroic spirit.
