I don't get 'operation murasaki', even after scanning the wiki link. Is it something like raising a little girl in the expectation that you can mold her into your 'ideal woman'? ( o_o)?

After reading chapter 28, those are my sentiments exactly... though you've got to give plus-points to the lolicon for his encouraging Usa back there. Guess no one is ever really truly evil... just messed up.
