Seriously?
For Irina I'd think it'd be pretty obvious how her power up will be handled. As an angel her power level is determined by how many wings she has. At the moment she's at the bottom of the scale with only two wings while Michael is at the top with 12 wings. As such part of Irina's power up will include her gaining more wings.
