When they say "Randomly losing a skill/technique/spell from their main class skill list when leveling." Does this mean that its impossible to relearn deleted skills otherwise its not much of a penalty. Also if you lose one per level up does this mean you can learn 2 or more skills per level (since if you didnt you would have 0 skills at level 90)
