Not just Morosawa (the head writer, BTW), there are other writers behind Seed and GSD.
Much like how the Wing spinoff mangas (except Ground Zero) were written by Wing's writing staff; Katsuyuki Sumizawa, Wing's head writer, wrote Episode Zero.
