Oh, same here. It's just that I find it amusing whenever such behaviour appears, as long as it doesn't become extreme in some way. (been there, seen that...)

Spoiler for little manga revelation:
The truth is, Yasuna was unable to see males' faces. She just couldn't see them. But at the same time she started to get a feeling for the male Hazumu, a feeling which she had to reject due to the fear of suffering later. If you remember, in the first episode Yasuna said to Hazumu something like "you have quite a feminine face" which meant that she somehow was able to see Hazumu's face, regardless if he was a boy. Still, the painful rejection (she was unsure if she could still be able to see him, in the future).
But, since "he" became a "she" , it's explained that happiness of her. It's not an happiness for "wow, let's yuri!" , it's actually an happiness for "oh, he's my love, but she's a girl now, thus I can see her face and I'll be able to see her face forever".

At least that makes things clear... and now I'll try to forget it again.
I really shouldn't read manga spoilers after all.
Spoiler:
I wonder if they'll explain that in a dramatic, or comical way within the anime... both seems possible. I guess it depends on how the general story development is built up. Atm I'd bet on comical, though I can't quite imagine how exactly...
P.S. lol @ "Wow, let's yuri!"
