Killua and Gon are friends. Really good
best friends, but their relationship clearly fit in that mold well enough.
When it comes to Balot and Oeufcoque things can't be defined so easily. Balot clearly feels more than friendship towards him, and I think he eventually reciprocates those feelings, whatever they are.
