First of all, alternative sources stated the Chinese vessel fired Flares. That is quite different than firing live rounds like the Russian Coast Guards did--On a chinese ship no less.

And all other articles did not indicate what kind of vessels it is~ Is it actually flying coast guard colors? Proof please. If those guys happen to be non-governmental agents (I.E smugglers) then it is a completely different story.
