Tsundre is generally used for a tough tom noy(not always) girl who doesn't like to show her feelings. She usually like the main character, but hides it , usually by being a bitch to the main characters. She doesn't have to be rich.
Inner Moka is my favorite. I really can't stand out moka, but since Outer Moka isn't real and is just what is left when inner has her rosario, when inner decides she doesn't want to wear the rosario anymore, that problem will be solved.
And inner moka does care about Tsukune, this can bee seen by her words in several chapters. One that comes to mind is that mirror chapter. She wanted that mirror so she didn't have to put him in danger anymore.
