The Out Shift system is a
very slow process and it eats up
ALL of the Proioxis' power then leaves it in Closed Form, unusable for 24 hours.
While it came late, I'm glad this is finally getting some opinions. (I knew something was off when no one chipped in about it when I first posted about this system)
