I'm not really a Gundam fan, but I've watched just about all of the animated Gundam works out there, and I prefer Seed and Destiny to just about all the UC TV shows. I'm not sure what that proves though - everyone has different tastes, so some variation is only to be expected. Disliking a particular show because one doesn't like the artwork is as legitimate as liking a particular one because of its writing or direction. On the other hand, deriding a particular group for their taste in entertainment seems sort of silly.
