Keitaro, I believe the Colonel- is talking about developments in ep16 (the raw was released one/two days ago).
Colonel-, it would be clearer if you mention ep16 in the title.
I already pointed out the bad adaptations from manga quite a while ago. Looks like they decided to make it worse
