For the record, the scene where he is in the ocean and gives up until the sword appears (and that Aika flashback) doesn't happen in the manga.

And like the previous episode, Yoshino felt so OOC in that part.
What I liked is that Mahiro punched Yoshino in the grave after watching Aika's video and not before.
