A bit late but here were my thoughts on Round 7:
I'm too sure what to make of Yuzuru's strength. Sometimes he looks like he did last year and sometimes he puts up killings like this. Maybe Yuzuru boosted a lot from last year, his previous opponents didn't fall as much as I thought and Gilgamesh's opponents were just weak. Hopefully the next matches clear things up a bit more. Another disappointing performance from Kyon. I like Kyon a lot so it's sad to see performances like this. Rikka easily takes out Mashiro. I didn't really expect a close match but the margin is a lot higher than I thought it would be. I'm also surprised at what this implies about the difference between Rikka and Shinka's strength. The difference seems to be really big. I didn't think it would be this big since Shinka gets a fair amount of screen time and is likable in her own way. Phoenix Wright is one of my all time favourite characters across all media so I'm really unhappy to see him lose so badly. I guess you can't turn every battle around.
