But in their meeting they discuss 2 topics: Luffy's bounty and danger and also the substitution of Crocodile in the Shichibukai (since they discovered he was the boss of Baroque Works and baned him from the Shichibukai). That's when Lafeita recommends his Capt. Blackbeard to fill Crocodile's place. However, they haven't come to a conclusion yet.
