BTW, I did some research on Bahamut so I have to ask, is the bahamut in the story look like the cool one found in final fantasy and dungeons and dragons, or is it the one found in arabic mythology, a fish having a head resembling a hippopotamus or elephant.

IIRC the reason Azazel said that Ophis could not become Ise's servant was more due to the fact that they could not admit that Ophis was actually there with them, especially since she is known as a terrorist leader, and the possible complications that may arise from the "fake" Ophis.
Though I can easily see the possibility of Ise making Ophis his servant if they develop feelings of comradeship between each other and whatnot.
