Rika explained clearly that when the protagonist messes up the flags, the game will end in a bad end. It had nothing to do with this...distraction you're trying to pin on Yozora, who had no idea what the game was about to begin with (actually no one did, expect Rika who had heard about the game). How is that trolling?
