Actually the To Heart series is completely different to the To Heart 2 series. Or rather, according to ANN To Heart 2 is a spinoff, but IMO, they are two completely separate anime (plot/story are different for each). To Heart - Remember my memories is the sequel to To Heart, not To Heart 2. But yeah, To Heart 2 series has much better visuals of course since it's made in the 2000s.
