When it comes to dubs, I take into account all active studios. If california picks up the dub, I go through their lineup (although Texas has lent its voice actors). The same with Texas. Vancouver doesn't lend or borrow from other studios.
Bosch is the leader for accelerator in california (although I have an alternate just incase)
Jason Liebretch is Texas leader.
Scott McNeil is Vancouver's Leader.
