I have just received a suggestion from Eundong. He suggest implementing Human verification to our ISML voting page to deter multi-voting.
Here is an example of what he was talking about.

Please tell me what you think about this. If what I suspect is true, implementing this can weed out close to 1,000 illegal multi-votes.
