The 10th volume will be the last and the anime has 24 episodes. I think they will adapt the entire story. One of the good things about JC Staff is that most of their anime adapted from LN ended the same way as the LN. I think they're making the ending of the anime coincide with the LN just like they did with Toradora. The anime will end in March 2013, which is probably when the LN's final volume will be released.
