It's been demonstrated to be slow and unreliable. Sure, the Auto Club can work its magic on it while on the move, but they'd want to avoid having to do that in the first place, especially for something critical like the flag tank.

Once it goes to the city fight, I don't think they really have the opportunity to. Their other glaring weakness was having their two largest turretless TDs unsupported in narrow alleys where they couldn't turn around...
