What's trippy? The TV show or just this OVA?
By the way of the characters design and silly humor I woundn't be surprised if the TV shows were for young shonen or uh... what's that word for boys below shonen?
I was thinking of anime like Yaiba or Papuwa which are good for youngsters but frankly can't be watched by mature audiences.
