So the only ones Keima can communicate with freely are god(desses) or demons. Out of all that past events have shown only Diana/Tenri, Haqua, and Elsie are one who can be talked to without too much further complications coming out of it. So Diana/Tenri is the only one expected at this point.
Not that one should be finding realism too much in the series like comparing it to our world but having Chihiro/Ayumi arc resolved would be unrealistic considering what Keima did to keep Chihiro away and that Ayumi witnesses it after obviously deciding to sacrfice herself for her friend.
I've the very gradual character development of Keima to be very well done. Look back and see how is slowly changed over the series.
On a side note I found Tenri and Keima's reactions in the last panel to be hilarious.

More like the title says how lonely and secretive Keima is.
Like Haqua said when she was still with him, Keima has a habit of never fully explaining himself to any girl. Even if the goddess' hosts, all he told them was "tear this armband I made for you if you're in trouble".
Since he never explains himself, no one truly knows him, hence The World God Only Knows.
