I don't consider UraYoru that canon.Yes they left soul society at the same time but until we know the true reason (which may be revealed soon) you can't say it's simply a fairy tale story of being whisked away.After all it's a shonen manga.
Shunsui/Nanao does seem to be quite canon if she were really that offended by Shunsui she could have left that division long ago.
It could be considered a teensy bit offensive that all the couples included are hetero.
