I doubt that it would happen until they get together, because I just can't imagine that in just the 3rd volume...
Also, Konami is developing a DS game for this series called Kirarin Revolution: Kira Kira Idol Audition. I guess this anime is rather popular in Japan, which is a contrast to the apathy here. Who knows? If it gets subbed, it might be a little bit more popular.
