[Saikyo] is subbing this, I believe. First episode actually surprised me. I thought it'd be another run-of-the-mill harem, then the main character surprises me with his GAR leaping and motorcycle acrobatics.
Swords skill is a plus and he can actually take his hand off the breasts before the female wakes up.
Animation quality was also above-average, least in my eyes...
