Not even close. This entire fight has been one big back and forth seesaw. This will be no different. Obito will be good as new in two weeks. The other Kages haven't arrived and the Alliance hasn't done their "we can change the world" attack. And Sasuke's betrayal still needs more time to build.
The biggest thing in this chapter is we now know how we will get rid of the Edo Kages. Kudos to Kishi for that. But if that is how Hiruzen went out so quickly- very disappointing.
