Even trough nothing really happened in this chapter. It's nice to have a few chapters of build up. So later chapters will actually make sense.
I really have to wander if Tobi is an idiot. During his fight with Naruto all he used is Biju's and his time space technique. And when that failed he goes immediately to Juubi. How did he planed to fight this whole war by himself and Zetsus (who were easily beaten). It really makes him look stupid. If Kabuto didn't join him, he would have been beaten fast.
