I tend to agree... Ami and Taiga are both pretty broken in some respects -- they're just coping differently. Its interesting in the next episode watching Ryuuji hit and miss on when the "real" Ami is speaking, if ever. Watching Taiga trip and stumble over the rocks of what she *thinks* she wants with glimmers of what she might "really want" is equally interesting.
