Hancock is trashing enemies up, but the only parts that's shattering are the parts that got stoned. There's some pirates and marines still talking as their right arm is crumbling, so it's not clear if they are dead.

Still, the fact that people are actually losing limbs is already a sign that this war is no joke (and at least it seems to be
implied that Oars Jr. gets finished off by Moria....). Speaking of Moria, it's pretty cool to see that he reveals a new shadow technique (would've been neat to see him use that spear against Luffy at Thriller Bark, but whatever). Hopefully, he'll pull some more tricks up from his sleeve as the war continues.....
