I might be willing to buy region 2 or region 3 DVDs (preferably region 2 since I'm in the UK most of the time), but
if and only if they have English or Chinese subtitles. Hence, no Japanese region 2 DVDs or American region 1 DVDs for me. I guess that might be the problem?
If Toradora DVDs are actually released in my preferred regions with my preferred subtitles, then they would be my first non-Studio Ghibli anime DVD purchase.
