Actually Naoko Matsui is the seiyuu from the game. The KimiAru game had a different seiyuu for Ageha though. Rie Tanaka is the anime only voice for Ageha in the KimiAru anime.
And Kokoro is in the same grade as Yamato so I assume they are the same age.
