Yeah, I tend to agree with Justin about the mandate's constitutional status... or more precisely, what Justice Kennedy said that none of this would be in front of the Court if they'd just set it up as a tax (like Medicare & SocSec) ... in other words, a public option for the "90%" who can't afford insurance.
