If you are talking about the earlier volumes, technically yes. But you count that as a confession? And Minatsu's power events started as early volume 8 (or 7) as far as I can remember. The rest were far behind (in terms of 'power' events).

Oh yes I totally forgot about Chizuru's pureness. Damn right you are . As for Minatsu, I thought she confessed earlier in v8 or something and was even openly talking about it in the student council room in v9 or 10 (can't remember details).
