Come to think of it, if the show could've been mistaken for an Anime no Chikara one, it should be good enough to be in the 5pm slot.

Joking aside, I can see it. Aniplex might be looking to replicate the same success as Bakemonogatari here with SHAFTXShinobo
and maybe generate publicity in the opposite direction when they fail to finish the episodes in time to have more people watch the timeslot 
and the genre would certainly attract a wider demographic. But I'm worried about that to be honest.
(If it does take over after Star Driver, then this will be a Spring 2011 show?)
