Have it tailored in your local tailor shop. I think its less expensive. Giving the correct design and pattern.. plus cloth, you'll be satisfied... Not all might knew the anime so, no one will look at you and smile after seeing the design...
About the scarf.. well, don't know if you could make a customized scarf...
The shorts.. its easy to find one...
