I like most of Code Geass characters that it's hard to choose, so I'll just say those that I didn't vote for, who are, Kaguya, Milly, Rolo, and Kallen. I haven't seen enough of Kaguya or Milly to really like them, Rolo should be self-explainatory but to repeat, he's an unstable ally-killing killer who incidently murdered Shirley, who happened to be the most unlucky girl in the show. Kallen is just meh from me. Maybe if she didn't charge into battle full of arrogance and spamming her radiation arm and actually used some strategy.
