@ Senpai - In a sense, I wanted to portray Tatenashi and Irish somewhat like a snarky younger bro and cheerful older sister early in the story. This explains his small height. It's also used to show his immaturity.
Side note - Does Dan ever resent being Ichika's "sidekick"?
