Spoiler for Episode 2:
Well, most of the relevant material you could expect from this episode was covered, including crop rotation, HEAD MAID, Maid Sis and Little Sis Maid, and Demon Queen Crimson Scholar's students being difficult to teach.
What this anime does do better than the manga though.... it takes Hero's and Demon Queen's interactions to hazardous levels of adorable. Watching these two is just a treat
