In the lighthouse (Chapter 105) Yarai found an intact computer with what looked to be a flatscreen display. He estimated it to be 50 years old and removed a hard drive which looked compatible with today's equipment. By just looking it is easy to tell the difference between a computer made in the 1980s, 1990s, 2000's or 2012. I expect it will also be easy to tell one made in 2032 or 2060
