Well I understand how you feel but I've also got to say that there was a pretty decent chance that this was gonna happen in the first place so...c'mon, everything in life is a gamble.
It was your choice to either buy the game ASAP or wait anywhere from a few months to a year+ to see if the game will make it into the "The BEST" selection. Just be happy they didnt pull any crap like a "Complete Edition" like some games with all the DLC contents in it...oh wait, they kinda did that when they released the PS3 version huh...sucked to be a Xbox360 gamer back then.
